Ordered something that doesn’t fit or isn’t quite your style?
No problem – at YVZ DENIM, you can return your order free of charge within 14 days.

Here’s how it works:

1. Send us a quick message at info@yvzdenim.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. We’ll email you a free return label.

3. Pack the unworn and undamaged item securely in its original condition.

4. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount via your original payment method.

Please note:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

• Sale or personalized items are excluded from returns.

• Free returns are only available within Germany.
